How many parking spaces will there be?

There will be X number of parking spaces below ground and X number above ground. The below ground parking spaces will be reserved for residents and will be available for purchase for an additional fee. We intent to provide more than enough parking for all the residents and the visitors to the commercial shops so that we won’t be flooding the local streets with cars.
