What ammenities will the apartments offer?

The apartments will offer bicycle lockers, washing and repair stations. There will also be Pet Washing stations on the ground floor. This apartment complex will be the first in town to offer gas ranges in all the apartments. We will have all stainless steel appliances. We will have a clubhouse with clear views of Spencers Butte and the Southern Willamette Valley. We will also have a water feature out front (yet to be determined) but almost certainly fun to run through in the summer time.
