What new restaurants and shops can I expect?

We don’t know exactly what will be in the retail area of the building right now. But we are aiming for a couple restaurants and some local retail stores. We would like to have a coffee shop/bakery, as well as a couple of good restaurants. We want to support local businesses and will give them priority over any chains. We are also hoping to have a couple of local retail shops. Commercial tenants will be locked down in May of 2017. We will supply more information as it becomes available.
