Envision Eugene and 20 Minute Neighborhoods both support this project because it is an excellent example of progressive population infill in the City of Eugene. These organizations exist to fight urban sprawl and help create walkable, bikable and livable communities in the City of Eugene without increasing the urban growth boundaries.
